3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on site assessment, structural requirements, and material availability.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Any changes to the scope of work after quotation may result in revised pricing.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
• A advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
• Balance payment is due upon completion of installation or as per agreed milestones.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

5. Installation & Timeline

• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, material availability, or site conditions.
• Customer must provide clear access to the installation site.
• Any structural or electrical modifications required at the site will be communicated before installation.

6. Warranty

• Solar panels typically come with a 25-year performance warranty from the manufacturer.
• Inverters carry a 5-year warranty (extendable).
• Installation workmanship is warranted for 2 years from the date of installation.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural calamities, unauthorized modifications, or negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swasthik Solar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Swasthik Solar Solutions unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
